# Two passport size color photographs (latest), in case of joint of each applicant
# Introduction related documents:
* Introduction by an existing Bank customer, whose account is at least 6 months old with a suitable proof of address, or
* a copy of your passport along with a self-signed cheque, and
* any one document from each of the following groups:
Voter ID Card* or Defence or Police or Govt. Dept. ID Card, or Pan Card or Driving Licence.
Latest copy of electricity bill or telephone bill or bank account statement or credit card statement or insurance premium receipt or letter from employer certifying address or NSC giving current address or existing house lease agreement.
