You can check you Credit Information Report (CIR) on cibil website: http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you want any clarification on your CIR you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com.

why you think ur name will in cibil did any bank reject ur file for loan or did u unpaid any type of due of banks

1stly if u have any loan from any bank n u fail to pay then bank will put ur name in cibil or even ur cheque return also

2ndly if u have credit card before which u settle the amount with banker then also ur name will be in cibil

or if u wish to cheak cibil repor then

you have to visit www.cibil.com
download request form fill up with docs require
attach with Rs 142/- demad draft in the name of
credit infromation bureau (india) limited payable at mumbai

n wait for 10 working days they will reply you in ur e-mail
or futher helping hands for all we are not agent of cibil

If you have pending dues then your name can be in cibil defaulter list so you must try to clear your pending dues as early as possible. In case you have cleared the dues then you must get NOC from the bank and make sure the bank informs the cibil and your name is removed from the list.

You should contact your bank and check the list with it as the list and reports are prepared by banks and financial institutes and sent to cibil. You can even ask for the copy of your credit report. If bank refuses to give the copy you can put a complaint on bank website and within 15 days if you do not receive any reply you can file a complaint with banking ombudsman along with copy of complaint.
