Personal loan urgenty

Hi, i have all proper documents to get personal loan,but i have following drawbacks.
1.I am unmarried
2.My name is in cibil defaulters list due to over due payment of my credit card bill in sept'09,oct'09 andnov'09 but i cleared it in dec'09 and now making proper payments within time and also i have NOC on credit card.second one is car loan issue in cibil report but i did'nt take any car laon in my life.
I need personal loan very urgently.Pls guide me and provide list of banks which will give personal loan to me defenitely.

You can apply for personal loan with any nationalized bank and also with the bank where you have saving account. But your name is in cibil list so banks do not give loan to such people. You can talk to your bank from where you have taken previous loan it might give it you. Yes car loan pending repayments are also shown in cibil report. First you must clear your previous loan then only take the second loan as earlier you had problem in repaying your loan. To compare personal loan rates of different banks visit rupeetimes.com.
