If you have any queries you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. If you have taken any loan or have credit card and their payments are pending then clear the payments and get NOC from bank and keep track that bank informs cibil so that your name is removed from defaulter list if it is there. 2 years ago - By Ali Answer 2. You can check your cibil record with your bank and if you want can take copy of the report you can ask for it.
