no other go,
need to follow the process as in http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm to get your report .The report will have the details where n when your previous payment is pending
& shall discuss with respective banks for a settlement.
After settlement,need to write to CIBIL for correcting your report(banks do automatically,but only once in a quarter.that may affect your plans).
