Answer 2. You should take loan only when you can manage your finances efficiently other wise it can become big problem for you. Moreover the loan amount should be that much which you can repay back easily. Once your name is put on cibil list it is difficult to get it removed. Answer 4. Banks decide loan limit is determined according to the income and repayment capacity. So banks must have told you the loan limit as per your income. In case any private agrees to give you Rs 5 lakh loan then it might charge high interest rate which would be difficult for you to pay back.
