You can even get clarification if there is any issue in the report by dropping email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. If you want the CIR, you can get it by paying fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents mentioned on website. If you have cleared the pending dues of your loan then you should get NOC from the bank and make sure bank sends the updated report to cibil so that your name is removed from the list. If you have any pending dues you should clear it as soon as possible so that you do not face any problem in future to get loan. 1 year ago - By Chinki Answer 3. You should check the list with bank as the reports and lists are prepared by banks and sent to cibil. You can even ask for the copy of your report and if bank refuses to give it you can put complaint on bank website.
