You can check your Credit Information Report (CIR) directly on cibil website http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you want any explanation or clarification you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. If you want a copy of your CIR you have to pay fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents.
