Best Answer: You can check your name in the list directly on cibil website: http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you want any explanation in your Credit Information Report (CIR) you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. 1 year ago - By Farhan

Answer 1. If you have any pending payments of loan or credit card then you should clear them as soon as possible. If your name exists in the defaulter list and get noticed by the banks and financial institutes then you won't get loan easily. Answer 2. The check the list with your bank as list is prepared by bank and sent to cibil. In case you want the copy of your credit report you can ask for it. Bank refuses to give the copy you can put a complaint on bank website. If within 15 days you do not get any reply from the bank you can file a complaint with banking ombudsman with a copy of complaint as proof. 1 year ago - By Pingi
Answer 3. why you think ur name will in cibil did any bank reject ur file for loan or did u unpaid any type of due of banks 1stly if u have any loan from any bank n u fail to pay then bank will put ur name in cibil or even ur cheque return also 2ndly if u have credit card before which u settle the amount with banker then also ur name will be in cibil or if u wish to cheak cibil repor then you have to visit www.cibil.com download request form fill up with docs require attach with Rs 142/- demad draft in the name of credit infromation bureau (india) limited payable at mumbai n wait for 10 working days they will reply you in ur e-mail or futher helping hands for all we are not agent of cibil call 9819807798 kishor (please call working hours) 1 year ago - By Kishor
