I think the main reason for the name if appears in the cibil is that you have done fraud or scam with some bank which means that you you have taken loan and not paid the EMI's(monthly installments). So always pay the loan emi's on time to stay away from being a defaulter because once your name has been listed in cibil then no bank would offer you the loan..
