Today name appears as a defaulter for a homeloan .If i settle it fully, Can i get my name cleared?

I had stopped payment due to service level issues with the bank, this all is with me documents in form of emails and letter.
As i was not paying my EMI's my name was updated in CIBIL.
I am currently disccsuing a full settlement with the bank for which they we are executing the Settlement agreement.
Post the settlement, how can i get my name cleared from CIBIL.
