You can directly check your cibil status at cibil website: http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you want any clarification or explanation about your Credit Information Report (CIR) you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. In case you want your CIR you have to pay fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents mentioned on website.
