In case you have any queries you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. If you want a copy of your CIR you have to pay fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents mentioned on the website. If you have any pending payments of loan or credit card then you must clear all your payments. Unless you don't repay all your payments your name will be included in defaulter list if it is there. The information is prepared by the banks and sent to the cibil. You can check with your bank and even ask for the copy of your report.
