I want to know how cibil calculate the points and once credibility to borrow and at anytime update?

I am repaying my home loan and personal loans with huge EMIs.I need personal loan in future to repay my credit card liability.I am trying in but my score is high in cibil so after certain limit I cannot borrow.My qestion is on my huge repayments of huge EMI s are buffer getting generated to arraive another opportunity to borrow? My repayment record is excellent in Home loan and personal loan.My 75% personal and housing loans are going to end in coming one years of time.
How cibil calculate the score?Have they update income and repayment and reduction in debt every month?
