i hraday narayan student of mba i want 1.63 lac rupees. what will we do.our dist. bank is not doing

I am hraday narayan persuing mba from madan mohan malviya engineering college gorakhpur.i am resident of dist auraiya up .I have been trying for education loan since september2008 but i could not found.The manager of state bank of india Auraiya districtauraiya Mr. S. N. shukla is not agree to issue education loan after collecting all the required documents. My parents are not able to bear the expenses held on my higher education .I have passed 6 months around the bank. the bank is not giving any satisfied answer.I am losting my valuable time of the college.
