Why credit card bills are coming after paying all the dues to bank and recd No Dues Letter from BANK

i have paid all my dues to HSBC against credit card payments and closed this account. HSBC Bank has also given me NO Dues Letter. But still I am receiving CC Bills every month by adding service tax of almost 200 every month now the last bill is of rs 1250.
Personally i met HSBC Officers in HSBC Office at pune Officer also told that this account is already closed but zeroisation not yet done thats why bills are getting generated. Officer has sent mail to concerns for the same. Still i am receiving bills every month.
Can any one suggest on this?
