Best Answer: You can directly access your Credit Information Report (CIR) on cibil website: http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you have query you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. You can also request copy of your CIR by paying fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents mentioned on the website. 1 year ago - By Ali

Many people are finding difficult in getting loan or credit cards even after they have cleared all their pending dues as their names are still in defaulter lists on cibil website because banks are not updating their records. Answer 2. Check the report with your bank as reports are prepared by banks and sent to cibil. If you find any wrong information you can talk to bank people and get it rectified also make sure your bank sends updated information to cibil. 1 year ago - By Ishita
