I have 2 CC outstanding for last 3 years without any of my fault, Now Bank is giving me option either to go for Settlement or for full payment . I was told by my friends that as per recent RBI Guidelines , any body who is going for settlement respective Bank need to provide Zero balance to CIBIL , Is it true ?
