You have not mentioned that this is an active card or not and also you have not mentioned name of issuer bank of this card.
If this is a active card, simply go to bank's website and register yourself for online banking. you may get all account information which you need.
If this is a inactive card, go to bank and get your account statement, kindly note it may be chargeble.
