Mis-Guiding Customers to get undue charges by Barclay Card.

I am the barclay card holder since last 2-3 years, from last 2 months I am being charged with overlimit fee of Rs.500/- though I am making payments more than minimum due including the chargeD fee, but still my card has gone overlimit, Barclay card are misguiding card holders with improper information provided by credit card statement, if its overlimit one should be asked to make minimum payments including overlimit charges to avoid overlimit charges next month, I cant understand the how much payments I require to stop the cycle of Overlimit for I am being charges Rs.500/- every month.
