If you have any query you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. If you want copy of your CIR you have to pay fees of Rs 142/- through DD along with other documents on the website. You can check your credit report with bank as reports are prepared by them and sent to cibil. If you want any clarification you can get it at the same time. You can even ask for the copy of your report, if your bank refuses to give you can put a complaint on its website.
