To get your name removed from defaulter list or clear your cibil report you have to clear all your pending dues of credit card or loan and too as soon as possible.

You can see your credit report with your bank and even ask for a copy of your credit report. In case your bank refuses to give copy you can put a complaint on bank website. If within 15 days you do not get any reply you can file complaint with banking ombudsman with a copy of complaint as a proof.

You can directly access your Credit Information Report (CIR) on cibil website http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm. If you have any queries you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. In case you want copy of your CIR you have to pay fees of Rs 142/- through DD alongwith other documents. To get more information on credit report visit rupeetimes.com.
