I have applied credit card in standard chartered bank i want to know application status

I have applied 1 month back i want to just know that its being in processes or not i got verification call from banglore and he told me within 10 days but it is almost 24 days so please help me to know the status or whether it is coming or not thank you

Now a days banks are going slow in issuing credit cards after they went into loss due to increase in number of defaulters. If you have not received any information from the bank then you must meet the credit card head of the bank and why they are taking so much time.
