I had done settlement against CC for Standard Charted, but still there is a call to make a payment

I had a credit card from Standard charted with a add-on card , at that time I had done a settlement for Rs. 8,000-10,000, the details for the same I had given in 2008-09 to the agent thru email , but now I dont remenber that email ID & pswd, & I dont have the receipt of the payment made. Now recenelty i.e 3r week of decemeber, 2011 i got a call from stan chart that amount is due to Rs. 2 Lacs after adding up all their late payments, I am worried for the same. If i am applying for loan, it shows my name in CIBIL and hence do not get loan. Can anybody please help me. I dont even remember my CC No. Please help..... I want to take out my name from CIBIL and want to have a clear payment history... My No is 9820913013
