had some dues with interest and settled with the city bank by paying the actual sum without interest some 45 days ago.

There is no answer & they won't provide you any details. This is something like Atyachar. Even my name also listed in CIBIL & remarks are Credit Card write off, there is no card number available & amount also not mentioned. When i contacted Banks & enquired about my outsatnding amount balance " Answer is no dues from my side". Now i am also going crazy to know the root cause.
If you wanted to know whether you are listed in CIBIL or not. Dig your own grave " apply for some loans in Nationalise Bank" or else no other way to know your status.
This CIBIL information is rediculous.
