deafult in card loan fgb bank dubai, threat for legal action, effect on new employment visa to saudi

I missed 4 installments on first gulf bank of dubai and barclays bank of dubai, due to job loss in 20th august 2008 (roughly 4000dirhams for FGB bank and 1000Dirhams for barclays bank). now first gulf bank is threatening me with legal action and they says legal process allready started
now my problem is i have new job offer for saudi arabia and my employment visa is on process
so i wish to know whether it will effect my new employment in saudi arabia, i.e. in getting employment visa and travel to saudi arabia. or will they stop me at airport because of credit card default either in India or saudi arabia
and also will I have to face legal action in india due to this credit card default in dubai
note: I am willing to pay all my due as soon as my new job starts
