Cibil show my ICICI Bank credit cards payment Rs.38855 status is written off.

I am already settling this account dated 30 May 2008.
ICICI Bank given the full & final settlement letter dated 31 May 2008. After bank write the letter to cibil herebelow dated 09 march 2010.
