As per the Bankers suggestion I have done settlement towards the CC& my name is in defaulters list.

Know that the settlement have been done by the suggestion of the bankers why should they treat us as their defaulters and spoil my CIBIL records. With this our family life is ruined and I am unable to get any loans from the bankers and settle down in my life at age of 47 and I have wife and two kids to look after. I want my name to be removed from the CIBIL list as a defaulter. In variably always agents have been in contact with me who suggested to do the settlement only after discussing with the bankers and only after this we agreed to do the settlement. We were not told about this consequences and now we are in deep trouble. Please help me to resolve this long pending matter.
