If you have any queries related to your Credit Information Report (CIR) you can drop an email at consumerqueries@cibil.com. You can check your cibil report with your bank as the report is generated by banks and sent to cibil. If any updation has to be done in your credit report you can get it done. You can even ask for the copy of your credit report and if bank refuses to give copy you can put a complaint on bank website.
