I have taken a car loan of Rs.1,25,000 in May'2004 with the EMI of 48 months. Now the loan finalised

CAR LOAN TAKEN: Rs. 1,25,000/
month of loan : May'2004
Date of completion: May 2008.
EMI amount : Rs. 3087
But I have not received Clearance certificate of loan to enable to exempt in registration with RTO, Bareilly

I think you have done either in calculating the total money you repaid to the bank so for that just confirm it from EMI Calculator which could be helpful to you in finding the exact monthly installments which you have to pay on monthly basis. You can also go to the RTO office and ask them for the clearance certificate but make sure first that you have repaid all the EMI's...
